Certificate Shipping Schedule:

Processing Info: Certificates are processed on a daily basis with the exception of Weekends and Holidays.

Processing Deadline: Certificates are processed at 2:00 PM PST. Any certificate processed with a completion time before noon will be shipped that same day. If a completion time is after 2:00 PM PST it will be shipped the following business day.

Standard Mailing: All certificates are mailed First Class mail unless otherwise specified by the student in the payment options.

Duplicates: Duplicate certificates will require a fee of $15.00. Sorry, no exceptions.

Shipping Re-Directs: In the case that a customer provides an incorrect shipping address or requests a re-direct without permission of gotaticket.com, a $20.00 fee will be assessed to the cardholder's account number on file.

PO Box Deliveries: FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. Another shipper will be used with same options.

International Packages: A $30.00 charge will apply for all International packages.

Cancellation of Certificate: If you would like to cancel your certificate after you have completed traffic school you may do so. There is a $35.00 Cancellation fee due by money order only and your certificate will be cancelled immediately. We will also notify the court that you have decided to cancel your registration and certificate.

Information regarding all Coordinated Court Services Courts: All Certificates for tickets received in Butte, Napa, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Lassen, Stanislaus, or Tuolumne counties, you are required to take a final exam administered by a third party agency (Net Integrated Systems, Inc.). The Third Party Testing Company named NIS can be reached at 888-647-EXAM (3926) for certificate mailing options and all certificate related questions. Thank you.

gotaticket.com Reserves: The right to use any authorized shipping company to deliver certificates including, but not limited to, in-house runners, California Overnite, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Airborne Express.
